Author Guidelines

  • The manuscript title should be followed by the author’s full name, title and academic or business affiliation. At least one email address should be included for correspondence between author and reader.

  • The abstract is written in one paragraph and should not exceed 200 words.

  • 3-5 keywords / concepts

  • The introduction should include the background of the problem under study, the gap in current research that this manuscript addresses, and research objectives that indicate new contributions to the body of knowledge.

  • Research methods consist of: (1) research approach; (2) types of research data; (3) research data sources; (4) techniques for determining informants or respondents; (5) research instruments; (6) data collection techniques; (7) framework theory (framework) used; (8) data analysis techniques and (9) data credibility.

  • The results section presents a description of the research data. Writing source literature uses body notes in the format of the American Psychological Association (APA) writing style.

  • The discussion section of research results contains research findings with existing literature or theories. Shows that research findings are novelty or new contributions to the body of knowledge/science.

  • In the research conclusion section, the answers to the research problem’s formulation must be explained clearly and concisely. It can also reveal the impact of the research results and the research limitations.

  • The bibliography should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) writing style.

Manuscript Guidelines

All submissions must be in English.

  • Use Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, size 12 with 1″/2.5cm margins.

  • Follow the American Psychological Association (APA) writing style.

  • The abstract should be spaced at 1.0 and the remaining manuscript should be spaced at 1.5.

  • The manuscript should not exceed 8,000 words, inclusive of graphs, charts and references.

  • The manuscript must be original and not under consideration of other journals.

  • After submission, please allow 30 calendar days to receive feedback on your manuscript and notification of acceptance to publish, need for revision, or rejection.

  • Please allow 30 calendar days to be notified of acceptance.

  • Blogs may be submitted throughout the year.
